.CANCELLATION POLICIES
We are located on an island and access is limited to airline flight availability. Late cancellations can be difficult or impossible to fill
and we hope you understand our cancellation policies reflect the likelihood of filling late cancellations.
GROUPS
Cancellations by the guest/agent must be in writing and are subject to the following forfeit of payments:
• Cancellation between 89-30 days before departure date - 50% of the package value forfeit.
• Cancellation between 29 days and departure date - 100% of the package value forfeit.
INDIVIDUALS
• Bookings cancelled 7 days or less will incur one-night stay.
• Bookings cancelled 3 days or less will be charged in full.
• "No Shows" will be charged in full.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
We will endeavour to accommodate requested changes to a booking subject to availability.
EARLY DEPARTURES FROM MOTEL
In the case of an early departure by the guest/s the cost of all remaining nights will be charged in full.
